Hi all!
Hope y'all had a WONDERFUL Easter weekend!! We did :) It was wonderful to see some friends again on Saturday and see our relatives yesterday even tho I'm bummed out about missing out the other side of cousins.
Today is first day of another week of exercising...I wasn't doing well last week- lazy and I didn't push myself hard enough :P and also too much candies and junk food for Easter- I didn't do well. :-/
Just weighted myself this morning after a pretty good workout-my legs were burning from the lunges (i'm trying to do them better even tho i hate 'em and i'm not good at them) I'm kinda not surprised that i would gain some weight from Easter but still hurts- I gained about 2 pounds...OUCH :(
Hopefully i'll lose them this week and more than 2 this week- depends on how well i do w/ exercising.
The weather is beautiful and sunny today so i think i might go running to get the mail but we'll see.
I hope to do better and push myself this week with the workouts so PLEASE pray for me that this week will be more successful and better than last week.

First post!
Hi to my friends! :)
Okay...here we go...
I'm going to TRY to update this blog as often as i can- at least 2-3 times a week. Depends on how life is and my schedule.
I made this blog to keep any friends of mine that are interested in how im doing with my weight loss- I know i have a long way to go but I'm hoping to lose a lot as i can this year.
I really want to be healthy.
I really want to fit in better clothes- it's always tough to find clothes that fit me and i hate it.
I really want to wear plaid shirts but never could find any that fit me- I'm hoping that will change this summer/fall.
I want to be able to do more and do more sports/ride bikes.
I want to be able to go running.
I really want to go horseback riding again- i miss it. But I'm feeling kinda embarrassed to try it since I feel too big.
I want to be able to walk long and not get tired.
And many more other things I want to do/be.
With God's help and my friends' prayers/support, I hope to reach my weight goal by next year.
To whoever reads my blog- I will really appreciate your prayers, support and feel FREE to comment on my blog! :)
Okay...now...what I'm currently doing right now:
Trying to exercise every morning- I noticed that I rarely exercise on weekends but that would hopefully change soon. Only Sundays will be my days off.
I'm doing the Biggest Loser workout 1 and I like it. But it's tough right now- I especially hate doing the lunges. :-/
I'm going to switch between TBL and some exercise VCRs that my aunt just recently gave me last week.
Eating- is tough...IDK how to eat healthy which stinks. I love candies and junk food but I'm hoping to TRY to not eat any AT ALL next several months and only have some treats once in a while but not too often. We'll see how it goes...
For now that's all...hope you guys don't fall asleep reading this. LOL ;o)
