Shame on me for not updating...

Hi!

Ooops....last post i did was in August? *hangs head in shame* ;)

Meg- Thank you very much for always commenting on my posts. :) Very sweet of you, my dear friend!! Thank you also for encouraging me. :)

I'm doing alright- not doing well with losing weight tho. Lately I keep putting off to do workout in the mornings- sometimes because of school, or being lazy, or staying up late, etc etc. (excuses excuses i know)
and sometimes i really have been busy that i can't workout.
But i'm TRYING to improve that hopefully this week or next week.

I have pre-diabetes. Which is scary/embarrassing. I wish I could've been more careful and can resist eating sugar. but it's really hard.
Dad and I are taking classes (4) for pre-diabetes...Dad is learning w/ me even tho he already has diabetes but he's interpreting for me so...
The first class was last Monday. It was pretty good and I learned some things.
Tomorrow night is the next class and it's going to be about food. Which is going to be hard/scary for Dad and me ;)

I had a check-up with my doctor about 2 weeks ago and she said i'm doing alright with losing weight- since last time. But I knew it could've been little better if I didn't put off the workouts.

Anyways sorry this is boring- not much to update so i better stop talking about boring stuff...blah blah.

Till next time, wish me luck! I'm hoping to try to be tough with workouts this weekend.
