Hi!
UGH here I am- posting after about 2 weeks again... :P
Last week was pretty good- I exercised most of the week except for some days i skipped but i had to skip on Friday because my family and i went out of town for an convention. It was wonderful and i had a good time w/ my family there and learned A LOT. The Ludys were there as speakers and they were inspiring and made me feel challenged by what they talked about. I'm so thankful that we had an opportunity to go there and learn. I also got plenty of exercise walking around...lol ;)
So far I think i've lost 2-3 pounds? I'm not sure. I weighted myself on Monday and I'm okay where i am but no big difference yet...bummer. but I'm kinda back at where i was at my lowest so far so i'm thankful for that since i gained some 2-3 weeks ago.
This week- wasn't pretty good- didn't do my usual morning workouts so far- because this week wasn't good-my dad has leg infection and he was at the hospital for 2 days. But he's home now. But he still is in pain sometimes. I really hope he will feel better soon and that his leg will heal fast. I was unable to exercise because i stayed up too late a couple of times and was tired the next day. But i'm hoping to workout tmw morning at least. I'm planning to try to push myself more this coming week.
Need your encouragement please...I need support since I feel down a couple of times.
I got some exercise this week from walking around on Tuesday tho- went to libraries w/ my siblings.
Right now I'm HOPING, with God's help and (yours too- to the readers of my blog) to lose about 10-15 lbs by July. HOPING. I need to work hard.

Past 2 weeks...
Hi!
Sorry for not posting last 2 weeks- been kinda busy and didn't really have a chance to go on the computer :P Can't wait to get a laptop later hopefully this year or next year. :)
Anyways...how am I doing? I'm doing okay- just didn't work as hard as i did last week because of things going on. But i tried my best to exercise every morning.
The last post i did I said something about not exercising every day but then the week after I posted it I exercised every day of the week which was good :) I'm glad about it. But 2 weekends ago I helped take care of kids w/ my sister and a friend at our church during an seminar and there was plenty of snacks :P
I'm doing alright right now but wishing that it's not so hard to lose weight. :-/
I really need support- please pray for me!! Thanks!!
I had an doctor appointment last Friday to check on my thyroid and weight and I'm doing okay- my thyroid is good which i'm thankful about. I asked my doctor for advice about eating and exercising and she gave me a list of food i should try to eat everyday.
I asked her about getting used to food that I don't like if I will ever do and she said it takes up to 2 months. UGH 2 MONTHS??? :-/ Hopefully in 2-3 months i'll like tomatoes better and more veggies and fruits!! We'll see....
She said to drink lots of water...ofc i know that. But then she added one last thing...no cheese. I was like...what?!?!? :-O I LOVE CHEESE!!!!
oh boy...it's going to be hard...but I'm going to TRY to limit myself w/ cheese. But ugh it's going to be so hard!!!
NEED HELP- do you have any good, healthy snacks that helps you not be so hungry between meal times? Let me know please!! :)
I'm trying to not weight myself this week and next week and just try on my lions camp t-shirt instead of weighting and see how it goes...I have 4-5 Wisconsin Lions camp shirts that i really like- i love WLC :) it's a camp for deaf and hard of hearing. I went 3 times for teens camp then i couldn't go anymore since i'm an adult :( but i'm going to the adult camp this August :) and also my family have been going to WLC for many years (IDK how many years exactly) for Family Learning Vacation. It's so fun! :)
back to weight topic...lol anyways...I tried to find an shirt that doesn't fit me anymore to set up as a goal to fit and i don't have any :P so the lions camp shirts were the only ones that were kinda tight but not TOO tight. I'm hoping within 3 weeks i can wear them again!! We'll see!!
