So far...

Hi!

UGH here I am- posting after about 2 weeks again... :P
Last week was pretty good- I exercised most of the week except for some days i skipped but i had to skip on Friday because my family and i went out of town for an convention. It was wonderful and i had a good time w/ my family there and learned A LOT. The Ludys were there as speakers and they were inspiring and made me feel challenged by what they talked about. I'm so thankful that we had an opportunity to go there and learn. I also got plenty of exercise walking around...lol ;)
So far I think i've lost 2-3 pounds? I'm not sure. I weighted myself on Monday and I'm okay where i am but no big difference yet...bummer. but I'm kinda back at where i was at my lowest so far so i'm thankful for that since i gained some 2-3 weeks ago.

This week- wasn't pretty good- didn't do my usual morning workouts so far- because this week wasn't good-my dad has leg infection and he was at the hospital for 2 days. But he's home now. But he still is in pain sometimes. I really hope he will feel better soon and that his leg will heal fast. I was unable to exercise because i stayed up too late a couple of times and was tired the next day. But i'm hoping to workout tmw morning at least. I'm planning to try to push myself more this coming week.
Need your encouragement please...I need support since I feel down a couple of times.

I got some exercise this week from walking around on Tuesday tho- went to libraries w/ my siblings.

Right now I'm HOPING, with God's help and (yours too- to the readers of my blog) to lose about 10-15 lbs by July. HOPING. I need to work hard.
