Hi all,
So much for trying to keep y'all updated :P
the past week i've not been doing well w/ eating healthy cuz my family went out of town for the weekend and there was lotsa of snacks, desserts. :P And then my birthday was just few days ago and I brought ice cream as a treat... *guilty look* then my siblings surprised me with a cake too. So hopefully if not this coming week, by September I'll get back in the route of exercising every day as much as i can and try to eat less sugar and more healthy food.
But the past month i've been really busy with work, and having fun, and just life in general. got plenty of exercise- walked around a lot at the State Fair. I went there 3 times :-O so i definitely got plenty of exercise. it was my first time going to State Fair more than once.
I'm under a certain weight that i've been before. I'm glad about it. In fact I fit in one of my old shorts that are/is about 4-6 sizes down, i think?
I had to buy some new jeans and cut them/sew them into shorts since my shorts from last year were really loose!! yay!!! :D
Hopefully this fall/winter i'll need more jeans ;)
Well that's all i can think of right now to update. I'll try to do better w/ updating y'all. Hopefully next time I blog i'll be doing better with trying to keep it up.

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about getting out of routine and not having lots of healthy eating options. We were on vacation for over 2 weeks and lets just say I didn't do the best either :( I got on the scale and I gained a few pounds. But, thats ok! The important thing is we keep looking forward, right?!?!
