5% :D
Hi all!
Sorry it's been a while since I posted...I don't even know if anyone is still reading this blog.
Not much to update anyways. Just doing alright- sometimes lose about 1 or over pound per week, sometimes less. on Wednesday I went to my WW meeting as usual and weighted in...I finally lost 5% of my weight!!!! :D I didn't know that it was that close. I'm glad! So far I've lost over 10 pounds. About 12 more pounds to go before 10% loss :D i know it'll be pretty long to lose but I'm thankful that WW is working for me even tho I'm kinda impatient to lose weight fast. I'm not trying that hard to exercise/eat healthy but it's taking time. I'm trying to move around more every day and I hope to get back in the habit of working out or taking a walk when I can/am not too lazy :P
I didn't know but I found out that it takes up to 6 months for a new habit to stick. So I better start practicing a new habit of walking or something like that!! :P

8.8 =D
Woohoo!!
This is super short- just wanna say that the past 2 weeks when I weighted in at WW meeting I didn't make much progress but today I FINALLY lost over 1 lb!! :D 1.6 to be exact. I'm only 1.2 lb away from losing my first 10 lbs on WW!!! I'm so happy :)
I know that I won't always keep losing but I always feel good and happy every time I DO lose some weight. I went for a fast walk this morning and felt good but I don't like sweating lol :P
I plan to TRY to walk more now since it actually feels good to do something to be healthy.
Still need to work on the tracking tho. But I'm now trying to be more aware of what I'm eating.

6th week...I think?
Hi all,
So far I'm doing alright on WW but this past weekend wasn't good since i had some junk food. It's hard to know how many points for some when I need to put up the recipe or search it up. But hopefully it'll get easier as time goes by.
So far i've lost about 7 pounds :D hoping to have more lost by Wed since I'm working for my aunt tomorrow. And this coming Thurs my family and i r going to a homeschool conference which I'm looking forward to because the past years we've gone (3 years?) it's always fun and I learned a lot. There will be plenty of walking for me to do so hopefully by next week I might hit the 10lb mark or over.
That's all for now...sorry this is short just wanted to post a little update.

Hikin'
Hi,
Not much to update right now since I just recently posted...
Just want to say that I went on a hike with my siblings and some cousins today. We went for about 2-2 1/2 hours long...and most of it was fun but I don't really like going up a lot or on stairs when I'm kinda tired...lol :P
We went on about a 1-1 1/2 hour hike then rested/ate lunch then my aunt decided to go for another short hike so we all went. It was fun but my legs were kinda sore from yesterday (GNC carnival) so it wasn't a lot of fun. But I'm glad that we went.
I'm kinda bummed out because I had to miss out yesterday WW meeting because of no interpreter and my sisters were busy getting stuff ready/packed for the carnival. I don't really want to miss or skip any weeks esp since the $$ is pretty expensive for me right now. :P
I'm determined to make it for the next meeting next week.

WW/update
Hi,
Firstly- Meg- that's totally weird!! LOL :) you should try it!! I'm doing alright with it so far but I really need to make the keeping track/points a habit- it's kinda hard right now :P esp when most of the food i eat is at home/i don't know how many points, etc...lol. The weather is good here- right now its finally warming up more :D How about you??
Well...so far I kinda like WW but I'm horrible with keeping track but I need to break that habit and do it more...esp if I plan to lose weight! :-/ So far I've attended 3 meetings and it's pretty good. There was more people than I thought at the location that I'm going to. My leader is really nice :) So far I've lost about 4 pounds on my 2nd week :D not much to report about my 3rd week.
This past week hasn't been good for me- I didn't eat very well because some of the days weren't great for me. But hopefully I'll be more aware and eat more healthy this coming week.
My family went to Culvers for lunch today and I just recently put up the food on my etools to see how many points and I didn't know that the cheese curds were 18 POINTS!! Yikes! I better not have it very often :-/
I'm TRYING to eat more veggies but it's tough...esp when its kinda boring. But i have some ideas thanks to one of the WW meetings- apples and bananas chop up and drizzle peanut butter over. I plan to try that sometime instead of having ice cream or some other sugar.
But I noticed that lately we've had plenty of salads...and I normally dont enjoy it but now I'm starting to get used to it. Also I've been using less dressing which is good. :)
Well that's all I can think of as a update. I plan to try to work out more before my next meeting since I didn't eat very well past week.
Hope the report will be good for my 4th week but we'll see....

WW
Hi all,
I'm Sorry- I'm horrible at updating :P Esp since I know I'm boring sometimes even tho some people said I'm not. But I feel like I am.
Anyways...Still don't have much to update...which is not good.
But I finally did something I thought I won't be able to since it's kinda $$ considering I only have a part time job till I graduate. Anyways, I did it and I hope it works and I don't regret it...
.................I joined Wei.ght Wa.tch.ers............I decided to do the meetings since I feel like I need support. The online might not work for me since I don't always get a chance to go on. So I'm hoping to go to my first meeting this week and I'll try to let y'all know how it goes if anyone is interested please let me know by commenting! :)
So...besides that, I'm trying to walk more and I'm sure pretty soon I'll be cutting the grass (not what I like to do but I have to do it because my dad wants me to do :-/)
I really hope that things change and improve soon because I'm kinda getting tired of being overweight but not even trying hard as I should. It's just kinda tough.
Well...that's all for now. Hopefully my next post will be kinda more interesting.

Hopefully this will help me...

I'm doing okay- just mostly did plenty of walking and cleaning.
I've decided to try this:
I won't let myself go on the computer unless I have done some exercise or a workout. Soooo hopefully that would make me exercise more often. ALSO try to eat something healthy like a fruit or veggies every day or at least more often.
Here we go!
BTW have any of you ever heard/watched The Big.gest L.oser before? i've started watching the last season last year. I'm watching the 13th season now, thanks to hu.lu :)
