WW/update

Hi, Firstly- Meg- that's totally weird!! LOL :) you should try it!! I'm doing alright with it so far but I really need to make the keeping track/points a habit- it's kinda hard right now :P esp when most of the food i eat is at home/i don't know how many points, etc...lol. The weather is good here- right now its finally warming up more :D How about you?? Well...so far I kinda like WW but I'm horrible with keeping track but I need to break that habit and do it more...esp if I plan to lose weight! :-/ So far I've attended 3 meetings and it's pretty good. There was more people than I thought at the location that I'm going to. My leader is really nice :) So far I've lost about 4 pounds on my 2nd week :D not much to report about my 3rd week. This past week hasn't been good for me- I didn't eat very well because some of the days weren't great for me. But hopefully I'll be more aware and eat more healthy this coming week. My family went to Culvers for lunch today and I just recently put up the food on my etools to see how many points and I didn't know that the cheese curds were 18 POINTS!! Yikes! I better not have it very often :-/ I'm TRYING to eat more veggies but it's tough...esp when its kinda boring. But i have some ideas thanks to one of the WW meetings- apples and bananas chop up and drizzle peanut butter over. I plan to try that sometime instead of having ice cream or some other sugar. But I noticed that lately we've had plenty of salads...and I normally dont enjoy it but now I'm starting to get used to it. Also I've been using less dressing which is good. :) Well that's all I can think of as a update. I plan to try to work out more before my next meeting since I didn't eat very well past week. Hope the report will be good for my 4th week but we'll see.... Till then, Hannah
